Hi there,
I’ve shared a brief blog post of my journey of tapering off topical steroids.
A few people have asked me to write a short book and go further into the intricacies of my process of everything I did to taper off topical steroids.
It was really hard and requires military level discipline but it worked for me. I kept a journal of my process and I am happy to share my unique experience.
